Is Matterport hosting included?
Yes, hosting is included. If you ever need extended hosting, I can keep it live for a small yearly fee.
Do you travel outside the Comox Valley?
Yes. I service Vancouver Island and can travel for shoots. Travel fees depend on location and will be confirmed when booking.
How do I book a shoot?
Use the Book button on the site or send me the property address, square footage, and preferred date and I’ll lock in a time.
How fast is delivery?
Standard delivery is within 48 hours. If you need next day delivery, message me and I’ll confirm availability.
Do you offer drone services?
Yes. Drone photos are included in packages and drone video is included in the Premium package or available as a single service.
What’s the difference between your video and a drone only video?
My MLS listing video includes both exterior drone shots and a full interior walkthrough, so buyers actually understand the space, layout, and flow.
What do you deliver after a shoot?
You’ll receive MLS ready photos, a shareable download link, and any add ons you booked like Matterport, floor plan, drone photos, and video.
What formats do I get for photos?
High resolution JPGs for print plus MLS optimized JPGs for fast loading and clean colour.
What formats do I get for video?
A 4K master file plus an MLS friendly version. Social cutdowns are available as an add on if you want vertical.
